WHAT: Analyse different print layouts and features to aid the user of a spreadsheet
HOW:
Activity 1 - READ
To make it easier to view lots of data on a spreadsheet there are various options to change the way that you view the data. These settings can usually be found in the view settings of a spreadsheet package.
The settings available in both Google Sheets and Microsoft Excel are:
- View Gridlines
- Freeze Panes
- Show Formulae
Other settings related to layout features are the print settings. These allow you to choose exactly how a spreadsheet is printed. The most popular setting is:
- Fit to page
- Headers and Footers
